Her banking career includes a number of top-tier financial services providers including Bank One/JPMorgan Chase, USBank and most recently Fifth Third Bank. She also has been responsible for shaping the focus and strategy around industry lines of business for government segments as well as financial institutions.
With a background spanning small businesses to the largest corporate clients, Jean has developed an appreciation for staying close to clients and understanding their needs and future plans. Listening became the common, important element so key to client engagement; asking the right questions and encouraging ongoing dialogue created powerful relationships and a path to success for all.
